      OPI-800 LED Thermal Test equipment is able to measure thermal characteristics depending on temperature
      variations in case of normal, excessive status LED, and measure optical / electrical characteristics
      depending on temperature variations in normal state and analyze their results.

    • - It measures temperature and thermal resistance at PN junction area by analyzing physical characteristics of high power LED
      - It measures thermal characteristics ( temperature and thermal resistance on junction area) of LED depending
        on surrounding emperature variations in normal and excessive state.
      - It enables users to acquire useful information for package disign by analyzing high powered LED stuctural function and heat flow.
